How come I can't share my smart device?
- The account you wish to share with has not been logged in; that account must be logged in at the time of sharing.
- The account you are trying to share to has logged in, but the Cygnett Smart app is not responding. Please close the Cygnett Smart app, and try again.
- The network on either smartphone/tablet is not connected or stable. Please check the internet connection before trying again.
- The screen has timed out on the smartphone/tablet receiving the share request. Please ensure the screen stays on during the sharing process.
- At this stage, you cannot share your smart device with accounts from other countries.
