This can be caused by the below problems:
- The account you wish to share to has not been logged in. The account that will be shared with must be logged in at the time of sharing.
- The account your trying to share to has logged in, but the app is not responding.
- The network on either device is not connected or stable.
- The screen has timed out on the device receiving the share request. Please ensure the screen stays on during the share process.
Please note that you cannot share your device with accounts from other countries.
