If you sign into a second smartphone/tablet with your Cygnett Smart account, you will be signed out from the initial device you signed in with. If you want to share access to your Cygnett Smart device with family or friends in your household, they will need to create a Cygnett Smart account. After this, you can share your Cygnett Smart device to the newly created account.
Click onto the control page of the individual Cygnett Smart device you wish to share. Click the share icon on the bottom left corner of your screen. Enter the email account and country of the person you wish to share your Cygnett Smart devices with.
Please note that the person being shared to, must have Cygnett Smart opened and logged in - they should receive a notification/request, once the sharer has given access.
