- Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice)
- Your shipping details (full name, address, and contact number)
Warranty Periods
- Charging cables and wall chargers: 5-year warranty
- All other products: 2-year warranty
Purchased from a Retailer?
If you purchased your product from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly in the first instance for a refund or replacement.
