If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched
No need to worry, you can return the item once it has been delivered:
- Items must be unopened and in original condition
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is received
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Order Processing Timeframes
Orders placed after 12:00pm (AEST) on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the next business day, Monday.
