If a pending payment appears in your transaction history but you have not received an order confirmation email, there are a couple of factors that could have caused this:
- The cart was abandoned after the card details were entered
- Your CVC number was entered incorrectly
- Insufficient funds
There's no need to worry. The payment in your account will be 'pending' before it bounces back after 24 hours as your money was never captured by us.
