My smart devices are turning on/off by themselves
- Please check if you have shared the Cygnett Smart device with anyone who may also be trying to control the device.
- Check if you have created any timers, schedules or scenes that may trigger the smart device.
- Please ensure that your Wi-Fi network is stable, as any Wi-Fi network dropouts will change the state of your smart device.
- If the problem persists, delete the Cygnett Smart device from your app and follow the steps to reconnect it.
