If you have already linked your Cygnett Home account with Amazon Alexa, please try the following:
- Ensure that your Amazon Alexa voice assistant has been set up correctly in your smart devices.
- Check that your Amazon Alexa speaker is powered on and has been set up correctly.
- Check that your Amazon Alexa speaker is not muted.
