Ensure that you are connected to your Wi-Fi network, then tap on ‘Apple Home Pairing’.
Ensure that your smart device is in pairing mode. If you are unsure on how to set it into pairing mode, please refer to the user manual. Once is in pairing mode, tap ‘I Don’t Have a Code or Cannot Scan’.
Wait until you see your smart device appears as a tile icon under ‘Nearby Accessories’ – this can take up to 30 seconds to appear, so please be patient. Then, tap on the smart device tile icon and enter the QR code found on the product or manual.
Your smart device should proceed with pairing, and you will be able give your smart device a name. Then, follow the in-app prompts and you will be automatically be redirected to the Cygnett Smart app, where it will continue to pair with the Cygnett Smart app.
Give your smart device a name in the Cygnett Smart app. Your smart device has now been added successfully in the Cygnett Smart app and Apple Home app.
